We can look. We can't change anything.

The scan is read-only. It only looks at records, and it can't update, charge or message anything in your MINDBODY account.

How it works

  1. Ask for a scan. Leave your email above.
  2. The account owner approves access. MINDBODY requires this for every integration. We send a link, the owner logs in to MINDBODY and approves (about 2 minutes). Other logins can't do it.
  3. The scan runs and you get the report by email.

Questions

Does this point at anyone on my team?
No. Findings describe what the system allowed, such as a visit recorded after a package expired. They don't attribute anything to a person.
What do you see?
Read-only records from your MINDBODY account: clients, sales, visits and pricing options. Each finding in the report lists the record identifiers it rests on.
How long does it take?
The owner approval takes about 2 minutes. The report follows by email once the scan has run.
What happens to my data?
It is used only to produce your report, and nothing is changed in MINDBODY. To have your MINDBODY data and report deleted, email hello@getstudioleak.com. See the privacy page for what this site itself stores.
Who runs this?
I'm Nick LoCascio, a software engineer who has also managed and owned studios. For more than 15 years I've worked with MINDBODY from both sides: running a business on it and building custom tools on its API. Questions go straight to me at hello@getstudioleak.com.
